So it was 413...seriously ircc is unpredictable...i dont think there would now be any draw till 6 june ...and draws post 6 june will definitly go on higher cut offs now....i just wanted a clarification...having a siblin either yours or spouses sharing mother or father means your own sibling right and not your first cousins...from maternal or paternal side

I was in the same bucket. CRS 408 but i went ahead with OINP. It was not possible for me to get nominated by other provinces. They needed either a job offer or a family member. Considering the number of people waiting on the draws, i decided to put in my application. I didn't want to take a chance.

I don't think the draw will be conducted if there is 1 or 2 points movement in either directon. I am hoping for 405 today or tomorrow or at least 407.

The draw got conducted with 2 point movement as I predicted!

The CRS score cutoff is a calculated guess you have made and its pretty spot-on.
I am asking, how do we know its these many hours left? How do we know if its going to happen today or even tomorrow, or at any day for that matter?

We can never predict when the draw happens..Mostly happens on Wednesdays..

Your prediction was so precise.......do you anticipate the scores going as low as 386.......That's where I am at the moment approaching one year since I'm in the pool. Entered on 391 points......'very anxious at this point because my test scores expire Feb 2018 :-(

Cut off can reach 386 if CIC increases the number of ITAs issued in each draw or if CIC conducts back to back draws (draws every Wednesday)..Otherwise it looks tough..even if it reaches 386 it might take months..

Based on the available data of CRS score distribution of candidates in the Express Entry pool (only used data provided by CIC in May) I have come up with the prediction for the 65th draw.

If it happens today (May 31) - CRS 413 with 3811 ITA's.
If it happens tomorrow (June 1) - CRS 414 with 3697 ITA's.
If it happens on Friday (June 2) - CRS 414 with 3933 ITA's.

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

CIC is predictable! CRS cut-off on May 31 was 413 as predicted by me!

I accepted a day before 65th draw. I think, it is not a big deal once you are nominated. One has 30 days to accept or decline nomination.
My worst fears was about OINP not accepting new applications. To give a context, i'm stuck in the crazy 12+ year wait time for employment based greencard in US. So it was refreshing to see things well documented, organized and amazingly quick response from Ontario (within a month).
