Back to this forum after many days.. To all my friends from USA who got ITA on May 31st- What are you guys planning on the FBI PCC? Just received a note from FBI office that they are now processing applications dated 05/18... To get past May 31st applications it might take them another 4 weeks... not sure what to do on this as we will hit the 90day mark by end of August... any thoughts??

I am planning on applying without the fbi clearance with an explanation letter on the same.

I´m going to wait until the last day to see if I receive it by then. If not I´ll just submit LOE with proof of delivery of fingerprints.

Actually according to my lawyers all work experience need to be under work history and for experience older than 10 years no need for reference letters younger than 10 years do require reference letter.

Thank you for this information. I'm in the same boat. I have listed all my experience of more than 18 years. Now, the e-APR checklist asks for 'work reference letters' for all these jobs. I have the required documents for jobs held in the last 10 years. However, for experience older than 10 years, I have the standard documents (offer letter / relieving & experience letter / paystubs - except for my very first job - which was a wage-based job anyway). Will it be a problem if I can't provide the 'roles and responsibilities' letters for jobs older than 10 years?
