It is only announced by CIC when actual draw happens. You will find scores in the following link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp

Once new draws will happen they will update their scores.

whenever the draw takes place.

it might sound funny to you but the fact is that there is no set date or day for the draw to take place. all these are speculations. usually the draw takes place on Wednesdays but you never know.
So, whenever the draw would occur, it would be announced on the cic website but out of excitement, people who are awaiting anxiously here at the forum start sharing the news almost immediately.

No one does. Usually and traditionally, the draw happens on every Wednesday of every 2nd Week of the month. However, it can be delayed or even conducted earlier i.e. back to back Wednesdays.

I am sorry it is off topic, but I need Urgent Help, I have posted this earlier on this blog. My CIC profile became INelgible after updating my Passport information. I have tried creating new Profile, but it is always coming Ineligible. I have tried changing Age, Education, PNP nomination and Even Showing Relative in the form. No matter what I do, it is getting ineligible. I have even created new with Highest IELTS marks and Job Offer but still, ineligible. I am stuck with this for past one week and not sure what to do now. Anyone faces this kind of problem or have some suggestion please help. I don't want to miss the draw, i have waited for 2 years :'(

Is there any Customer Care Number for CIC, where can I ask for what is making my profile ineligible.
