and there are people who say the draw has happened already and some say we don't have a draw today for sure!!

There is only one thing which is for sure , CIC is unpredictable and the wait is indefinite!

if there was a draw today where is the update?

Does minister has to be inside the parliament for the whole day? I dont think so. They may attend the office in the second half.

He can have a draw during his lunch break

and perhaps make sure that there is a draw today

I am starting to believe that just like IEC , they are not planning to have one for EE as well. As others pointed out, just that we dont see any official notification of that..

Is it possible that there aren't enough candidates per point for the draw to even happen!??

What if CIC doesn't wanna go below a particular score, let's say 400, but there aren't enough candidates for the draw to happen every two weeks!?

No - there are sufficient people for a draw to occur.

Unlikely, but there could be a scenario where they say what would a drop in "4000 ITA's get us" and that could correlate to CRS 425 - which they might want to keep some control over, so the decline is gradual.

Or they are giving it some space to keep the number of ITA's high, which depending on how many new people entered the pool could keep the points decreasing.

Bottom line:
