Is it possible that there aren't enough candidates per point for the draw to even happen!??

What if CIC doesn't wanna go below a particular score, let's say 400, but there aren't enough candidates for the draw to happen every two weeks!?

I guess I have refreshed this site so often it started to think I was a bot!! Out of the blue I had to verify I was a person by verifying some letters...

and there are people who say the draw has happened already and some say we don't have a draw today for sure!!

There is only one thing which is for sure , CIC is unpredictable and the wait is indefinite!
