Hi friends,

I am just going to vent here because it seems like there isn't anything else I can do at this point. I completed my one year work experience in Feb 2016. I have been watching the news and waiting and waiting and waiting. I actually hate my job but am too scared to change anything at this point because my PGWP expires in August 2017.

I am now at 468 after the new changes on Nov 19th, I just want this tormenting wait to be over and hopefully get an ITA the next draw! :(

I am at 467, having my birthday next month. I know how it feels, now it's like more than feeling sad of being a year elder it's more about losing 5 points.

But not all students want to apply for PR and not all students have CLB 10. CLB 10 is not that hard, but it is not that easy either.
And not all students have bachelors. Many have 1-2yr pg and get less pts

i must say i was very disappointed with the previous draw - 2500 candidates and just 1 point drop... goes to show competition has become so much more fiercer lol...

will be very very interesting to see the next draw, i think CRS scores will probably go up and ITA number will be around the 2.5k mark.... thats what my crystal ball says...

Really? So many of them? Can you provide a source? The question for the next draw is how many of them there is with highest score.
Hi, Please help I am currently with 450 points. I had worked in canada. Now with new rules in place, Do I need to modify my application profile or will new changes be automatically update my profile?

Question: is it true that all documents submitted must be 6 months old or less?
I received my RCMP clearance on July 1 and FBI clearance on Sept 8.
If I don't get nominated by Dec 31, I have to do RCMP again?

You don't need to get RCMP anyway. They run their own checks.

Guys, I have a question: in skills transferability the system calculates your overall foreign work experience irrespective of NOCs or it should be in your primary NOC only?

No. As long as your profile is up to date, if any new changes apply to you then it will be automatic.

Are you a graduate of Canadian university and what work permit are you currently on?

Cool! Keep in touch.

I wonder if we should be very hopeful for the first few draws of 2017?

Can't wait to get an ITA. :D

Thanks for your response. I graduated from India. I had worked in canada in past but now i do not have any work permit.
My work permit was ICT which expired with my passport in June 2016.
