considering the bugs in the system, i would be surprised if we even have a draw next wednedsay... too many issues currently

There will be a draw on 30th nov for sure. If its not happens today. Because when they draw after 3 weeks they tend to make it up by doing other in just a weeks time. So if we assume that there will be a no draw on 30th nov also then they have to draw on 7th dec , to make up with they have to draw on 14th dec and 21st dec and they will not do 3 back to back draws as well.

According to me there will be no draw today they will have 3 draws before the year ends and that will be on 30th nov, 7th dec and 21 dec.

I think it will definitely drop, but the minimum is still around 450, or 440+ at best. I think we will see a sub 470 draw before the year ends.

Now, I am waiting for the year-end report for 2016 to see how many inland CEC are in the pool and their average score. With that information, it's very easy to make educated guess since the 600 pts for LMIA is out of the picture.

Who knows there is a big chance that there will be no year end report as they have not issued mid year.

I do not think, that there will be draw today. Reason is very practical. Because of the changes on accounts they have to distribute all those points. Some people have still problems in their accounts, so they will take a week at very least in order to do the proper update.

Interesting figures but still no actual numbers about expected CRS for next few draws. We all expected increase in score for next few draws because of additional points but more interested to see by how much it's going to increase.
