If i create my profile right now for the first time ever and there is a draw tomorrow will it count towards that draw?

I'm working on it right now as we speak but I was afraid that there might be a certain amount of time required before it becomes active. I doubt there will be a draw tomorrow given the circumstances but I just want to make sure I am covered.

CIC keeps emailing me every 10 minutes "There have been no updates to your application (xxxxxxxxx) since you last checked your account. Thank you for your patience. The xxxxxx to one of my previous applications which I submitted in 2014.
Anyone else getting these sort of emails?

They are not a credible source. They are constantly copying from this forum. When we guess the wrong stuff on the forum, they guess the same wrong stuff there too. They have NEVER said anything which hasn't been discussed in the forum. I think they have someone hired to read all the posts here and spin a story like they have some inside contact. They have no inside contact. Just spinning stories to have better SEO and more business for their immigration consultancy.

yeah but make sure you register for job bank also... ulness you register for job bank, your EE profile doesnt become active...

I think it will definitely drop, but the minimum is still around 450, or 440+ at best. I think we will see a sub 470 draw before the year ends.

Now, I am waiting for the year-end report for 2016 to see how many inland CEC are in the pool and their average score. With that information, it's very easy to make educated guess since the 600 pts for LMIA is out of the picture.

when was the last report which came out ? did they even send out a mid year report ?

Personally i think there is a very high chance a draw might take place today, this might allow for 2 draws to take place in december.

considering the bugs in the system, i would be surprised if we even have a draw next wednedsay... too many issues currently
