But next draw (30th NOV) cutoff score will not going to drop from 470 level as it has to clear all international students (above 470 level) with new changes.
We can expect a drastic drop in cutoff score from DEC onwards

My guess is 30th November for a few reasons. 1) Usual pattern is every two weeks; 2) more importantly, they probably want to allow enough time for people to update their profiles and work out the glitches. Three or four days would be rushed.

There are lots of bugs reported by this website's users and of course those who are not member of this website. The draw on Nov 23rd is kind of impossible.

Btw, im thinking about retaking ielts not celpip. Celpip is so bad on EE.

I hope I will get an ITA next draw. Was 440 before, and now 470 with new changes.

All my English skills are in CLB 9, except for the damn listening skill which still stuck at 7.5, if I can push it to 8.0, my CRS will be 490, but for the love of god, I have some real troubles listening to those British and Australian accents (good eye mate!)

Try CELPIP, that's much easier. I'm sure you can get CLB 10 on listening. I don't like the CELPIP speaking test though

Why is CELPIP so bad?

When u transfer to EE, I think IELTS get better conversion. For celpip, its equal to EE and when I took it, the writing and listening were low only 8 for each :v
