Honestly, I would wait until 4 PM Eastern Time before ruling out a draw for the day.

Even if there's no draw today, a draw could take place tomorrow. There is no written rule that a draw should occur only on Wednesdays.

ITAs were sent on Thursdays in the past. So, keep your hopes high.

2 hrs to go. Something that I have noticed on IRCC's twitter page is that they have been flooded with questions regarding the draws lately. I don't think they enjoy answering it. Besides, they have resumed upfront medicals as per my clinic. The clinic called me yesterday if I wanted to do it in the next few days, but I turned it down as I want to do it as close to the ITA date as possible. I heard that they are valid for just a year. I don't want to burn my money even though I am confident an ITA is coming my way.

In my opinion if there's no draw today they put it in pause. It's almost 3 pm, maybe that's a bad signal.

Today seems logically the most appropriate date for the draw to happen in that there is public holiday ahead and considering the gap since we last saw a FSW draw.

I agree with you on that. It already feels like ages since they had a regular draw. We have not received any announcements, So, logically, today should be the day!!
