That was the time of the draw. Not the time when they published it online.

If there was a draw today, people would have started to receive ITAs by now. It's still early to jump into any conclusion.

Okay. Analyzing the last ray of hope thread, it seems like the results for the last CEC draw was out at around 3 PM Eastern Time. It's just 1:36 PM right now.

Even if there is no draw today, I will still be optimistic. If there was a change, they would have told us long time ago same way they suspended IEC draws last week...keep hope alive

Even if there's no draw today, a draw could take place tomorrow. There is no written rule that a draw should occur only on Wednesdays.

ITAs were sent on Thursdays in the past. So, keep your hopes high.

That's true.. if it doesn't happen today then it will happen in next 2-3 days for sure
