Thank you both! I saw two that were as late as 5.30 pm UTC, but most seem to be before 1.30 pm UTC. It's currently just before 3 pm UTC, so maybe it's already happened, and we'll get notifications soon. Unless it's not happening today.

Last draw took place at 13:44 UTC, however the website was updated few hours later.

Makes sense. My assumption has always been that we'd get notifications a few hours after the draw. Which would be late night my time (UTC+2). Looking forward to finally applying! :)

correct, it takes some time for IRCC to publish draw results online...

Is there any public api anyone knows? Where I can fetch the data.
Nope, but scraping is easy enough:

Bash:
$ curl -s https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations.html | grep -e 'Date and time of round' -e 'CRS score of lowest-ranked' -e 'Number of invitations' -e 'Tie-breaking rule' | gsed -r -e 's/<\/?p>//g' -e 's/<\/?strong>//g' -e 's/<sup.*//'
Number of invitations issued: 3,900
Date and time of round: March 4, 2020 at 13:44:16 UTC
CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 471
Tie-breaking rule:February 24, 2020 at 06:02:57 UTC

i got an invite on Feb but had to decline ITA due to lots of oversight when i created my EE profile. i could have written a LOE but it would have been messy and might have given the evaluator a feel that i might be lying and thus causing rejection or lots of delays. And here i am now waiting for an ITA again. lol.

i have a score of 484 and assuming worse case of no draws till end of April, i am thinking what are my chances.
