You dont need to stop the EOR. Just wait for it to finish and then submit your application. It should not be a problem if your score increases. If it does increase, you just need to update your application with the new score before you submit. Also include an LOE as to why the score is different in your EE profile and your final application.

Thanks for your reply. I was just concerned because it says you cannot use your ielts score for immigration while it's under remark. Just concerned..
