They already sent ITA to 41800 people so they are doing ok with there Target ITAs. I hope they will reach there target by November because once elections are and if conservative will win than in few months they will change make Changes to Express entry

Even if Liberals will win the election they will reduce numbers of immigrants because Canadians didn’t like it. They did the survey and 63 % people said the government should prioritize limiting immigration levels because the country might be reaching a limit in its ability to integrate them.

So whoever wins the election they have to first work for Canadians.

That doesn't really mean too much, most developed country citizens are against heavy immigration....it's a pretty common sentiment.
