Don't worry. You will get one. I had received mine after 4 hours from when the draw was published on their official website.

If you have 459 and many others also have 459, they will send ITA to the one who stayed in the pool longer (submitted their profile first). So they chose whoever have 459 and submitted profile before May 25,2019 this time. If u submitted yours before that date, u will get ITA, if not then u wont

Not to me, to me, it shows show's date. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then reload the page?

Not necessary. The cut-off rule applies to those who have the lowest required CRS in the draw.

If you entered the pool just an hour before the draw and your CRS is above what is required, you will get an ITA.
