Hi @Avmaia , is it possible to achieve nclc 5 with 3 months study for a beginner? I mean beginner does not have any knowledge of French.
I some forums I have learnt it takes 1-2 years to reach to nclc 5

No it is not possible, French is very difficult , everything has gender, and verbs are changing form with each pronoun, 3 groups of verbs , each group is conjugated differently ...
You need at least 2 years

What changes can we expect in the express entry post elections assuming if Conservatives win? My Noc is 1223 and chances of PNP are bleak. My crs will be 448( if I max out Ielts score and my PGDM is considered equivalent to masters) or in case of diploma, it will be 441. Losing all hopes,can't even focus on my Ielts now after seeing the cut offs.

Focus on IELTS for now. Have hope! try to give your best rest is always destiny.

I am at 454 and birthday on 17 July. NOC code: 0124 did not get Ontario nomination. Waiting for a miracle now. Fingers crossed. I sincerely wish 450 comes down by the end of June so that most of us get through. I wish

I'm hoping for two b2b at june 5th and 12th that should offset the 4 week gap effect and bring the score to 450

Never lose hope if you really want it. Try to focus on IELTS and making your degree considered as Masters. With 448, there are still chances!

I have the same doubt. And I guess all provinces need job offer except Ontario. Correct me if I am wrong about SINP.

NS, SINP, AINP and OINP don't require a job offer. AINP and OINP send NOIs. SINP requires occupation in demand and NS opens and closes throughout the year.
