These numbers are after the Draw or before the draw? Do these numbers get reduced by today's draw or is it after the draw?
As of 24 May, so before the draw there were about 5300 people with 450+ scores. Therefore, as of today, there would have been 6200 people with 450+ scores. So (6200-3350) i.e. 2850 applicants are still in the pool with 450+ score as of today.

We all were hoping for an increased draw size. However, CIC continues to surprise us although unpleasant. CIC is trying to be as radical as possible and are trying to give themselves some respite by keeping ITAs low. At some point, more ITAs will be issued and we are at that stage where things happen whether to make or break.
