Heartbreaking to see the tie breaker now on top of the cut-off..the wait for ita is getting longer with every draw. Created profile on 15th Nov'18 and improved score to 448 in Feb'19.

I apologize if this question has been asked before. I am new here. I created my EE profile less than 12 hours ago. I have a score of 451. Do i get an ITA or should I wait for the next round?
