If anyone can help me on this, please guide.
When you apply, there are three fees that you need to pay.
  • processing fee for you and your family members (required when submitting the application)
  • right of permanent residence fee (required before PPR is issued)
  • biometrics fee (if applicable)
I believe you have the option to pay the right of permanent residence fee ($490) later in the process, but I wouldn't advise it since it might slow down your application a bit.

I also advise paying the biometrics fee (if applicable) when submitting your application to avoid being held back.

When we click on 'continue application', what should we choose:

will pay for application fee alone?

OR

will pay for application fee and rprf fee?

And what is the actual value for both?
It depends on no of people applying. There are few fees. for example if you have 2 adults(you n your spouse + 2 children) and your spouse and children coming with you then it will be close to $2.5K CAD in case you select to pay rprf fee along.

If only application fee then it very less and you will be requested to pay rprf once your PPR is ready.

So, I should choose to pay for application fee+ rprf fee+ biometrics fee(if applicable) to avoid delays right?

It's really up to you. If you have the money go for it, it will avoid delays in your application.

But I do understand that when you have a family of 3+ people, it's a bit complicated paying for everything at once. Damn, if I didn't have a credit card I would even be able to pay my own fees. hahaha

My score was 438 with profile created on March 1, 2018 but I recreated my profile on Jan 15th hoping for OINP.
@abhishek_89 : What would you predict on my chance?
What's your prediction on next draw date and cut off?
Not sure why you recreated profile. OINP was issuing NOIs to all active profiles.

You need another 1 week gap draw to get a direct ITA.

Mostly next draw would be on Feb 13th with 3350 ITAs and cut off is expected to go back into the 440s.

hi folks, I had created my EE profile on 26th Feb 2018 and my CRS score is 438. But my profile is getting expired on 26th Feb 2019.

Query 1: Will I get an ITA for the latest CRS draw?
Query 2: Since my profile is getting expired on 26th Feb 2019, how about the ITA process? Will I have to complete the process before my EE profile gets expired?
Yes, you should get ITA today.
Profile does not expire after receiving ITA. You have to submit application for PR within 60 days.

Hi newbie here. My score is at 438 also but I recently created my profile. I wasjust wondering why would you recreate a profile for OINP. What is the difference? Can't we just update it? Thanks!
Last year, OINP was inviting recently created profiles. This year they have changed the approach and sending invites to all active profiles irreplaceable of profil creation date.

Created my profile February last year on 438.

Deleted it and recreated it earlier this month when CRS was 449 thinking it wouldn't go down again and at least I'll have a chance with OINP.

Now it's at 438. With tie break in April. Fml. Worst luck (or maybe haste cost me) ever lol
Tough luck for you!
OINP is not only inviting new profiles. No need to recreate.

Application fee - 550 CAD
RPRF fee - 490 CAD

You can opt to pay both together now or pay the application fee now and the RPRF fee later.

If you opt for application fee alone, then after processing your application you would be requested to pay the RPRF fee.

Congratulations to all those who received their ITA! I wonder if the #of ITAs will increase again?
Hope it does. Otherwise we are looking at higher cut offs.

Hello,
My score is 432, after yesterday's draw i am becoming optimistic of getting at least OINP invite.
Is there any chance someone think that OINP scores will go that low considering all older NOIs will be Void now, probably no one will claim that.
FYI My score will reduce by 5 points in April.
