Ray of Hope - 100th Draw

Can any kind soul direct me where I can do a free download for cambridge ielts version 13 book online ?
 
Hello people..Hope you are doing good.. Yesterday's score was a little disappointing to say the least.. But restored my faith in 440 theory..hahahahahah.. ok ok just kidding :P

you are a warrior.. good job...I also believe in striving for what is really important.. It's quite difficult for us to travel in Iraq, all the way to another territory just to appear in IELTS, he missed the test last month at the very last moment, due to an official meeting. Convinced him to take it on 8th this month, coz I want those 3 points to get it over with. I will quote your story to motivate him :)

This is just a promo article to give some fake hope. All you need is to do a bit more clicking in it. lets see:

Leading up to the change, the province held three invitation rounds through the Human Capital Priorities Stream that saw the CRS minimum reduced below 400, and drop as low as 350 in a draw held August 9.

If you click on the info about 350, and read carefully you will see following:

Express Entry candidates targeted in this draw were required to have a job offer in Ontario.

So in other words, they have no need what so ever to call people with low score that are not already in Ontario.

Of course for everybody else they will find plenty people with CRS 430+.

In addition there is nowhere said that the minimum required score for Ontario cannot go up.

And I agree, I have been sharing my thoughts on this from last May..... Why OINP need to issues HCP NOI when most of the people getting direct ITA are settling in Ontario......so they are using their quota for French, ST or Job Offer........

last year around this time i asked my wife not to take ielts or get her eca done as my score was already 417 and the score a couple of months ago went down to 413. times were good.

@javeds , Chapeau! as you said, we are seeking a better future for our kids, and we need to fight for that.

Quebec is targeting all French Speakers so good way for Ontario to target them through this route.
