Random, When Does the Website Update Info

Totally random question, but curious to know when have you all found your info to update on your profile? I have a desk job and login at least 27 times a day to see if there are any updates. The last update we had occurred after midnight, so I am wondering, does it update at night? Or during the day. I need to kick my obsessive habit of hoping for it to change during the day but cant!

I've had both 3am and 3pm UK time, so it varies a lot I think. I understand for some things they use a bulk emailing system that sends out emails in batches, so the timing of changes is not necessarily corresponding to a person pressing a button relating to your application seconds ago.

I've only once seen it update on the MyCIC without having received an email first and that was when my background check started.

I know the desk job feeling!
