Documents sent to WES: 21-Oct-2019
1st update by WES-Documents received: 28-Oct-2019

After that there is no update in account. Anyone in same boat and have received any update please comment?

You won't get anything for a long while in my experience. Just wait now for over a month for them to tell you the date your ECA will be ready, and then on that date (or close to you) you will receive a notification that it's completed.
