By the way it mentions that the capacity of 2019 (6000 candidates) are completed. Do you anything about that??

Don’t know for AOS but for AEES they typically spend only a couple of days processing the file. And for example if they contact your employer they’re given only a few days to respond (though I’m sure it wouldn’t be the end of the road if they don’t respond in that timeframe). No reason to think it would work any differently for AOS. Part of the reason that permanent residence takes so long is because they have lots of different stages and agencies who contribute to the checks. For AINP, it’s literally just their officer reviewing what you have submitted and asking for additional evidence if needed.

They’re nowhere near at the capacity for 2019, so don’t worry about that. Your nomination if successful would come out of the 2020 allocation. The immigration minister confirmed the federal targets last month. AINP still says TBC for 2020 but surely they know.

Best to focus on staying positive for your imminent application assessment. Hopefully will hear within the next month. Good luck!

Hey everyone I applied true AOS last year 2019 September I got an email from officer to bring my transcript since March 02 2020 but have not received nomination in the the email I received from officer she asked me if I have an EE profile I said yes he ask me to provide it which I did now is one month I have not had anything from them am confused can anyone tell me what to do are there going to nominate me true EE or AOS because I applied for both

If it is paper based application...lets say 4 to 4 months to get nomination.

Well the nomination is not having any specific duration I happlied since August last year under AOS am still on express entry pool but have not had any word from them I mean 2019 September till date nothing

Please have anyone received nomination since this year 2020 I applied since September last year nothing has been said in March 2nd 2020 there offecer ask for my transcript telling me if I don't provide it before one week there will reject my application which I provided she also ask me if I have express entry profile I told her yes so she asked for my experes entry profile number which I provided for her it's one month today nothing has been heard from her. My question has anyone gotten nomation certicate this year 2020 if years share

We have a very similar timeline, I got my file number on 20th April, when did you get yours? I work in Alberta as well. My employer has not got any email yet.
