R u waiting for AINP nomination

hello ,

I have been going through this thread. I have a quick question, i am living in alberta and thinking to apply for Alberta Immigration Nomination program (AINP). Currently i am working as an articling student, i am NOT doing any designation (CA, CMA, CGA or CPA). I am ACCA qualified which is based in London U.K. I did a diploma in Accounting from NAIT in edmonton though.

so my question is that i was thinking to apply for AINP under NOC 1111 which includes articling students but it also says qualification as CA, CMA, CGA or CPA and requires university degree

so do i have to have a designation and a degree in order to apply for under NOC 1111 as an articling student?

I hv applied india pcc through bls edmonton on 8th december. I was checking the status online fr my application of pcc.
On thursday status changed to "In Transit from Consulate General to BLS Centre".
after this status how many days it will take to get my passport.
I am planning to go to India next week.

you can apply study permit in Alberta. so that your husband will get openwork permit. With the open work permit AINP process will be continued

No. That is true, her husband is the PA, she is the dependent. If she gets full time study permit, her husband can apply for spouse open work permit that has the same duration as her study permit. By doing so, his husband work permit (the new one) remains valid and they can continue their AINP application

actually my finace is in australia and we are planning to get marry. My ainp file is under processing since October 2014. My status in ainp file is single, do I need to update my married status to ainp once I ll get marry. and does it gona effect my processing time if I will add my finace's name in the file.

yes you should inform ainp asap you get marriage certificate . Send them the add a family member form with photocopy of marriage certificate . It will be good if you ll also send all the CIC forms too for ur spouse .

I changed my employer last week but NOC code still same . Can you please tell me anyone which form should I send again to update AINP office? Any suggestion Urgent please

you should send them your employment contract if you have one , job offer letter and paystub if you get one .

Applied for AINP Semi-Skilled in July 2014, got the nomination in March 2015. All my friends who applied for AINP International Graduate same time I did never got their nominations (only file numbers). Sad but true.
Also, applied as a couple - seems like this makes a difference (getting priority processing).
Question: is it possible to apply for WP extension with AINP file number (not an actual nomination). CIC website's explanation is quite ambiguous and vague regarding this.
