R u waiting for AINP nomination

HI GUYS

my friend got certification , its took about 13 months, but i now they stopped the new applicants, i hope they will go fast.
The thing is that i booked flights to china for 2 month till dec31. i am afraid they will call me within that time. because it will be 12 months until NOV.

SHould i stay in Canada or is that OK i can take vacation. Are they gonna reject if i miss the call.
BUT i think i can answer the call in china, but its time differents

Most Probably you will have a wait. they issue nomination close to the wp expiry date.

I don't think so. becasue my one of friend applied June 2014 under PG. she got nomination July 2014.
only one month....

her's wp expry date = may 2017.

Most cases I have seen they would carry it till the end. But it also depends on the volume of application received. NOC code.
I know some people didn't even got their nomination and their wp expired. Some got nomination in 2 weeks.

Movincool - Great minds think alike ! It's ironic that he/she is calling people homeless.All AINP applicants are homeless as all of us are away from our real "homes",away from our loved ones in pursuit of better life and career.

TrackIT - Well i guess we are in the same boat bro ! My wp expires in 2016 August.It's unfortunate that you had to take up a contract job.LMIA's are almost impossible to get these days.The only option in our case is "pray to god" that AINP shows some mercy on us ;D
On a serious note,try to extend your stay in canada as much as possible via wp extension applications.As long as you are on implied status,there remains a chance that your application might get processed.I will be using the expertise of a lawyer close to my wp expiry date as they know the trick of the trade.The options will be very limited but we all know that lawyers are capable of getting us out of the hole AINP has dug up for us

this is strange!!!!. it seems they are still holding applications since Dec 2013. I hope they will process them now because they stopped accepting new applications now.

BC PNP cut intake again today ! EE system is shit, all pnp program is under pressure, double the number for each province pnp program can solve the problem for Canada immigration system due to EE just give out less 20000 PR so far this year. don't know what to say

This is my timeline:

App sent: July 20, 2014
App received: July 28 2014
File#: September 24 2014
Verification Call: August 23 2015
Nomination Approved: August 26 2015
Stream: SRS Post Grad
NOC: 1411
WP Expire: 2017

Now my friends like Phil89, PNP525, Kuisha, etc who have been waiting since 2014... don't worry. Your time will come. I could almost bet everything I have on it - that is if you haven't received a call from the AINP as yet. I was so depressed and frustrated the last two months, I actually was contemplating withdrawing my application and taking other avenues for the PR, but God Almighty has something else in stored for me. I feel like a hypocrite for saying this, and believe me, I know its hard, but JUST BE PATIENT. Things will work out soon.

I wish you all the best, and I hope we can still connect on the other thread when you get your nomination so we can start sending our documents to the federal government for PR.
