R u waiting for AINP nomination

So you have been waiting since december 2013,now that must be really frustrating on your part.
When does your work permit expire? Did you apply under skilled or semi skilled category?

skilled..Wp expires may 2016. I don't know what i was thinking when i applied. yes its very frustrating. they are changing their way of working every few months and seems like i m the only victim of that.

I applied ANIP as Post-Graduated Worker Category on June 3 2015.
My NOC is 2253. After I applied I knew my NOC can apply Engineering Occupations Category too..
When I check CIC web site. Post-Graduated Worker Category over 1,250.. but Engineering Occupations Category only over 100.
I was so stupid.. Holy... So I asked to AINP to apply again... If I want to apply as a Engineering Occupaiotns Category again.. I
have to withdraw my application from ANIP to cancle frist. and I have to apply agian.. so I decied to keep my
application.. so I still waiting my nominiee.. My one of calss mate applied June 2014, she got nominee July 2014.. just one month.. I got file number On July 3 2015. Any one get nominee as NOC 2253???
I would like to know timeline..

If I were you I would apply for EO as soon as possible. You just need to fill few applications and make a certified copy of your diploma or any documents related to your education.

yes, you have to attach a letter which states your duties, salary and position

You don't need withdraw your application, the people in AINP call center is not AINP officer , they know nothing !
some people in your situation before ! you can require to change in category with all supporting documents and explain letter
that people tell me : Hi, I did not actually change my NOC code, it was same as in EDS (2253). I requested for change in category to Engineering Occupations. I supported my request with Job offer letter, current pay stubs and job description and responsibilities. I used Electrical designer/drafter title.

he get his certificate on time! in your case, both way can work, withdraw or required change to Engineering Occupations.

Hi MONKUCHA, I got a question for you as well. When does your wp expire? Both me and my friend applied NOC 2253 under EO. My friend applied in December 2014, and I applied two months later. Neither of us get update request till now. : (

I applied in Feb 2015, different NOC code but same category. WP expires in May 2017.
