Hello! I posted last march 25, my husband received an email for bridging work permit extension. He already filed it and last april 8 ainp requested him to create an EE profile. i wonder why?

Hello,

As most of the fellow members, I also find myself in a piqued situation. My Time line explains it all.My consultant appears to have made the situation more complicated for me.

After finishing my course on PROJECT MANAGEMENT from a famous college in Toronto, I ,on advise of a friend of mine,shifted to Calgary. I could manage a position in a Manufacturing unit. My employer was gracious enough to offer me job in the capacity of" woodworking machine operator"(NOC-9513) on the basis of my Postgraduate work permit, which has now expired on Oct,30,2014. My AINP application was submitted on Feb 11,2014 nd acknowledgement was recvd. in June 2014.My consultant had reportedly applied for LMIA ND EXTENSION TO WP, on Nov. 01,2014 only. Despite my repeated visits to his/her office, I have not been able to get any authentic update.It is noticeable, however,my employer is still accommodating me nd I am being paid my salary through cheques after setting off CORRESPONDING TAX LIABILITIES. So much so,my Express Entry Profile was also created,pending its submission for want of LMIA approval .

Friends,given my present circumstances, I would appreciate ur expert comments as to how should I handle the situation,seemingly resulted by inapt handling of my case by the consultant. Please suggest a legitimate action on my part.

As per your post , you are working without proper authorization, The biggest issue here is that you have been illegaly working for six months, you are not longer eligible for AINP as you do not have a valid work permit and eventually you will be deported for Canada . Stop working and do the right thing.

That is one the requirements for bridging WP. If you are not able to create ther it will be a problem for you.

Then.. Labour Market Value
Now.. who's work permit expiring.

Personally, i don't mind these random changes in AINP. Some of us getting benefits somewhere, somehow. But some are exempt by all of these changes,leaving aside, they dont have enough work permit left to leave Alberta and get settled in other province.

My suggestion is to keep calm, sit tight and pray to god. anything can come up at any time.
