Well no FIFO then. And the processing times are not accurate.
iven in my case FIFO is not a good thing since my work permit expires soon. Id say, if he got his nomination on Jan 13 doesn't mean they are not back to FIFO. They actually started workin on kan 5 so it might took them to finish what they started in late December

And they also said on the website ATLEAST such and such months, so this person getting nominated does not mean any thing. :P

That person received his nomination in 6 months when it says at least 12-14 months, and if that doesn't say anything to you than..oh well..I have nothing else to say ::)
The nomination dated jan 13, 2015 which means it was issued from 2015 quota and has nothing to do with 2014.

And sereously guys, proccesing times on the web Sita are not accurate . They cleared all applications for Hotell and lodging up to December 2014 at least. So how on earth they can be accurate . They could be longer or shorter, only God knows, and nothing has been updated since September 10. Don't think it can be without changes for that long

Its deja vu all over again...no FIFO...

The funny think is that i got a response from an MLA in Edmonton that AINP is back to first in first out haha I don't really know how to take it now. I bet when some of us hit the 15th month, they will increase the processing times again so that people stop annoying them.

when did u get response?? today?? anything interesting they had to say??

When I applied last year and recieved my file number processing times back then was estimated 3-6 months when I finally reach my 6 month processing times went to 15-18 months now if they are gonna process that way by March this year I should be ready packing my things back to my homeland oh my what did I ever done wrong I have work so hard for this for my family. Needless to say a lot of us had sacrifice their relationship with their wife nd kids.

Nothing interesting. Same info from the website. She said it can take at least 18 months and not guaranteed.

My opinion is that will never be FIFO again especially after November 2013 went they receive a huge nr of applications thru AWE, heavy haul or food industry to name just a few...+ frozen LMO applications related to the food services sector for few month when everybody applied AINP either they qualified or not (personally I know at least 5 people who have their applications in process with AINP and their jobs never have been eligible). Probably in one month they received over 2000 application mainly on the same sector, do you really think they will process and give 2000 certificates for 1 sector and none for any other sector??? they can afford to be picky and they are.... Some of us are lucky some are not, this is the life!

AINP is going to close facebook page soon and one day they will announce that they are going to close AINP office as well. if happend, no surprise.
ANY THING CAN HAPPEN IN ALBERTA

You don't need LMIA to apply for EE, but to get additional 600 point, you need
