attach a cover letter and explain why you are getting paid low,you should convince the immigration officer and prove what you have done to get paid as per the median wage of your occupation in alberta.just because you are ok getting paid low doesn't mean the officer will be ok with it because its not in the favor of albertans that people come from abroad to work for less wage,this will lead to wage decrease which has serious consequences on the living cost of albertans.that is why provinces are serious about it before they hand out nominations.

Does that mean if somebody uses representative, it will be delayed?

what docs usually being requested when you have to pass it to cic? Will i still need ielts or.police clearance? my ielts expired last april while still waiting for nomination. Thanks

The CIC doesn't usually request IELTS but you will definitely need the police clearance.
