I got ainp my all police clearance done for PR file acccept Indian pc..
-can i put my pr file without indian pc right now? Pc is at process so..???
-my wp going expired in March 2017, but i want to go to india.. for wedding.. can i go in January or februar? Will they allow me to enter cos of wp expired in March so...?
I am really under stress pls msg or reply

I am still waiting for the nomination. I called them to get updates on my file, they said a decision was made on September 26, 2016 but I haven't received the nomination in email yet. It's been a month, :-X Agony.

Since Canada Post is working normal now, they may start mailing nominations by mail.

Hello,
definitely you can visit India and you had better to enter into Canada at least 1 month before your work permit expiry date. I went to my home country and entered into Canada before 40 days of my work permit expiration. The immigration officer never asked me any questions regarding WP expiry, all they asked what I do in Canada and wanted to see my WP. To be safe you can also talk to your immigration lawyer.

I got my File number in Jun19, And started my job in August. and My boss got phone called in the middle of September. I just called AINP asking for my status, he said decision is not made yet. and I told him that my working permit expire in Jan, then he replid, no worry, you got plenty of time... :'(

Don't worry, they have been calling people for a while now without issuing certificates. Some members said this has to do with their boss busy or somthing

I received a call from an AINP officer yesterday (October 12, 2016) confirming the information about my employer and current position.
She also asked me about my current wage rate and was going through my submitted application & all the supporting documents I have sent. At the end of the call she mentioned that she would email me the required documents (only spouse's passport, she mentioned), but I haven't received any email yet. I applied on September 16, 2014 and my application was accepted on September 18, 2014 by AINP via registered mail.

How long will it take to get the email from her ? Any thought ?

My employer needs to update WCB info to AINP and she seems so busy with her work. well she did most of it but still it is so frustrating... seems like i am running out of time and can't do by myself much about it. feeling so helpless.. I hope this time i wont get denied by somebody's mistake. ??? ???

i think his WP is expiring in Feb, 2017. I hope we ll get a call soon too.
