Oh yeah, ainp screwed some of us up really badly, I have no idea what to do for around a year now, I blame myself for making a wrong decision that might costs me pr. I was eligible for experience class in August 2014 and I could apply for it but I didn't do it because I applied for ainp several months earlier and thought I would get my nomination sometime in December 2014. Now, I m stuck , I have a closed wp, and it's good for the middle of next year. I also don't have enough points for ee and who knows how long I will last on my job.
What to do, any suggestions?

Dont u have positive LMIA since u said u have closed WP..then u r eligible for 600 points under EE..
In tht case stop wasting anymore time for AINP. Go for EE..

My work permit is expiring next Wednesday. Granted, I applied January 2015 as EDS Hotel and Lodging, but still had some hope it could be processed by now. But nothing still.. interesed to see what the future will bring.. :O

Are you able to extend your WP? Do you need to leave if you can't get nomination?

I applied for a different kind of permit, Working Holiday. Going to flagpole this weekend. Unfortunately, up until now AINP was my only option cause I'm semi-skilled. If not for WH, I would have to leave the country, yes.

I wish you were right but I have a closed one. I have open wp in my first year after graduation, it then expired and I applied again. Second time , they gave me 2 year closed wp for the company and position I worked for .

I wish you were right but I have a closed one. I have open wp in my first year after graduation, it then expired and I applied again. Second time , they gave me 2 year closed wp for the company and position I worked for .

This is not a post graduate wp you are having now!

Then you can apply for EE and receive 600 points, if you have an English exam done...or is there something we don't understand. Are you trying to say that your Wp is closed but not supported by LMIA?

my occupations is Customer Service Officer (Financial Service Representative) and noc is 6235 or 1233.

FSR belongs to 6235, but CSR does not. But all depends on the written duties, not the title.

What is it then?
I finished 2 year program in 2013 in a college and from my understanding, I was eligible for 3 year post grad wp that is what I m having now. My wp looks exactly like open one but it doesn't say so and I also have my work ocupation on it.
It s just not supported by lmia.
