Sorry! busy with other things after get the letter.

AINP- Employer Driven-Skill 0
NOC:0911
Dec 16th,2014: document arrived
March 18th,214: got file number
Feb 13th,2015: work permit expired
Feb 5th,2015: recieved a phone call from AINP ask for pay stub from Dec 2104 till now
Feb 6th,2015 (friday)： send the pay stub and following up a phone call, officer said they are working on it.
Feb 9th,2015(monday): company received a phone call, ask if they are still want to support my nomination, they give a very positive answer and say my position is very import in the company.
1 minute afer this call, the AINP officer called my cellphone to say that it get approved and ask my fax number.
she said fax will be better for me, because I can use this fax to apply for my work permit, otherwise it will be too late to wait the mail arrive.

True. This may sound weird but my employer isnt doing anything to apply for lmia. Some of my co workers are going back home even if they havent reach the 4 years cap.

Too much paper work is involved these days...and too much info is asked about the company and all these calls they get they are just tired...

One of my ex co workers told me that their restaurant is open just until 3pm now instead of 9pm bec they dont have cook.

Ya it is kinda sad, i have a guy at work very hard working person...my employer really wants to keep him he is trying to apply for LMIA for him...the problem is he has reached his 4 year cap .... so don't really know what are his chances to get the work permit after he gets LMIA. Will he be given the permit ....?

I need some help please!I applied under employer driven semi skilled program last april 2014 and got my file num july 2014..but didnt hear anything from them no emails,phone call or letter..my work permit will expire ds coming end of march.i belong to the 4 yrs cap..i am hoping to avail the 1yr bridging work permit.but untill now no notification from them on how to apply for that..it is ok if im gonna phone ainp to ask my status? Im afraid to do that because it says on their emails that u are not allowed to phone them..any suggestions or advice that can help me will highly appreciated guys! I am losing my hope for my application..thank u and God bless us!!

So this happened to my friend,

I got a call from AINP ( my friend gave my number as his second contact number),

He applied in September 24, 2014 noc c international graduate category and they requested his final transcript to make a decision before march 13( his work permit expires)

But guess what he left the job and country already

Why did your friend applied in september2014 when they already updated their processing time which is atleast 25 months for international graduate semi skilled and if his work permit was expiring in march 2015?
