Hey guys,
I got a rejection for my application this morning. Applied March 28, 2014 . EDS. AOR June 28, 2014.
My visa expired on nov 28, 2014. officer asked me if I have a new work permit in hand. I told her I have applied for lmia and can be getting anytime soon this month. but she rejected my file stating she cant hold my file and have to make a decision.

so guys, keep ur status active.

i feel sorry to hear that yet again another brutal decision from AINP they make u wait till your work permit get expire and then straight away reject you.
anyways good luck for your future work on your LMIA and buckle up for E.E

Sorry to hear tht mate..i hope they understand our frustration..1st they make us wait forever and then rejection...
Did they call u today??? I thought they done with nominations for this year...r they still processing file even after they r done with quota for this year..??

its seems their next strategy is operation clean up.all those who have either their work permit expired or about to expire they want to drop out their files.

yes its frustrating and sucks.. the officer told me they gonna issue all certificates for 2014 by 10th dec, that is today. I dnt knw if she was just telling me that so I dnt ask her to hold my file or was the truth

I got my nomination.

Actually my employer got a letter stating that I have been nominated by the province.

I should get the actual nomination certificate in the mail sometime today hopefully.

I wish the best of luck to everyone else who's waiting for their nomination.

My employer got a mail saying that my PNPnhas been approved.

But I don't know y I didn't get it at home.

Me and my office is very close
