is anyone here same situation, my pr is on process but business ownership was change. new management seems not very nice. can i quit my job while my pr is on process. i have open work permit though.

Are you under PNP and sponsored by this company? If you have an open permit then I don't think so. If I am right that this company has nothing to with your PR application, then by all means you can look for another job considering that you have an open work permit and valid until 2017.
