Quick question regarding sending in forms

Long story short, I am in stage 2 of my spousal application, and I need to give them 3 documents. One of which is FBI clearance document. It is currently processing, but it will run longer than the due date they gave me. I had sent them a letter explaining this and asking for a extension, but have not gotten a reply.

My question is if it would be wise to send the other two documents in first, and then send the third in later, when I receive it. Or, should I send in all 3 at once.

Thanks for you time.

I think you should send the 2 documents you have , that will be there within the
time frame given to you and include another letter with your explanation about the police certificate.

Then when you get your police check back, send that in.

I agree with Gemmie, you can't do anything about the FBI processing times at this point, so send in the two you have with the explanation.
