Quick question before I submit my file for CEC

Hi everyone,

I didnt quite get the meaning of the following instructions from the Document Checklist.

The instructions are for mailing your application:

Include two self addressed mailing labels:

1. One in English or French
2. One in the Official Language of your country of residence (In my case its Canada)

Please guide. Thanks!

As green_dc said they need to be stickers.. I think you can get that printed out in staples but not sure...

What I did was I bought A4 sticker sheets which has 6 stickers in one sheet...
Wrote my address in word and then printed that on that sticker sheet...

I have one sticker sheet left and I can give it to you if you live close by.. (I live in Malton and my office is in Younge street)

OMG! ??? Now I started to freak out.. I mailed my application through the courier (Fedex) and included 1 self addressed mailing label with envelope already (from Fedex also)....
Can I mail them another label with my address now?? Will they return my application as incomplete just because of the missing 1 label? :'( I submitted my application on Dec 18, 2013...
Please advise...

I'm sure they won't return your application due to a missing mailing label. I believe the mailing label is just in case they need to send your application back. If I was you I won't worry about this. Not a big deal

Thank you wessless... I already prepared a letter of explanation and my two labels.. But as I did not receive AOR yet, I don't know if it makes sense to send it now. How they will find my application and attach this letter and labels? So I guess I will just be expecting the best and waiting for AOR..

You're welcome. Once you receive AOR, it means your application is good and will be forwarded to CPP-O. At this point, they won't return your application to you, so no need for the mailing labels. However if you insist on sending the labels lol, after AOR you can mail them to CPP-O mentioning all your details in your explanation letter. As I said, its not a big deal and don't stress over it. Cheers!!
