Quick Question About WES

Hey everybody,

I have my copies of the diploma + translation in one envelope and a second sealed envelope from my university. Can I send them in a single package? I called WES, they said yes.

But I feel very very unsafe about those guys, as they may reject it. Any suggestions?

If the envelope from the university is properly sealed as per WES rules, you can send it yourself. It doesn't matter if it is mailed as a separate letter or within another as long the seals are not mended. I would also add a letter of explanation saying that your university does not send such letters directly, therefore you are the sender. Also, I would give contact details of the university in case they wanted to check that.
