Hey Everyone,

Quickly, on April 2, I (a US Citizen) went for my Medical Physical and at the time I was supposed to be sponsored by my 'conjugal partner' but since then, we discovered that we most likely wouldn't be accepted under the conjugal class hence we decided to get married (my sponsor/soon to be wife is a life long Canadian citizen, born and raised).

Question: I just realized on my medical report that it is marked, "Conjugal Partner" but soon it should be 'spouse'. Does that mean I need to get a new medical done? Or, can I simply show them our marriage license with the marriage date which would certainly be after April 2 (date of my examination)?

Thank you very much for your help guys, truly, thank you!!!!

-Cheers!!!!

Not a problem, as the medical is the same. As long as you apply as spouses, and include the marriage certificate, it will be processed under the spousal class. The medical having been done before you were married isn't a problem.

Oh that's great news!!!

Thank you so very much for all your help MatthewC!!!!

I really appreciate all your efforts!!

A thousand thanks!!!

Cheers!!!
