i did my landing as PR and went back before PR card arrival . i had muliple visitor visa .i know it will be invalid after landing and i need PRTD .my question is ..my visitor is still appear valid in my online account and it was not cancelled by cbsa when i did my landing..can i book ticket with it or it will cause problem ??

Nope you unfortunately will not be able to use it. It wouldn't update in your online account, but on IRCC's end, the visa gets invalidated (in their computer system)
