Quick dumb question

We are filling out the forms for spouse/ common law class and I have a question.
If we are not using a representative do we still need to print the form use of a representative and write N/A ? or do we just not include it
Forgive me if that should be obvious! Every t crossed !

You do not have to but may be best to sign it with the sponsor as representative. That way the sponsor can have access to and speak/correspond with ircc on behalf of the applicant.
