QUETSION about work offer

hi guys,
im new here
im consider about immigration
the situation is: my uncle is living in Canada, for long years. i want the 5 scores from this. and, they have two Wendy's store there.

will that be a good idea to ask them send my a work offer?
as i hold a MBA degree, a work offer from such small store will be really helpful to me?
if so, what kind of files i need?

Your uncle needs to obtain an approved LMIA - also, the job must be NOC A, B or 0.
