Questions related to submitting the visitor visa on new portal

Hi Friends,

Few queries:-

I started my parents application. I created my father account.
Will be adding my mother application in one group, and adding my father as her representative ( imm 5256 ). For my father will be filling as he is doing it.

1) In case of my mother application, can I use my father email in the applicant email section since my mother doesn't have an email ?
2) Can I submit the application from Canada ?

Yes you can use the same email. Yes you can submit the application from Canada on your parent’s behalf or as a representative.
