Hi, I have recently received Post-Graduate Work Permit. I have some questions I will be thankful if those can be addressed.
1. I still have visa for more than a year left in my passport that I received when my Study Permit was issue two years ago. Given, now my status changed and I hold a Post-Graduate Work Permit is it mandatory to get a new TRV on my passport?
2. I have finished the questionnaire at the CIC website and the form I am being provided is IMM5257E Application for Visitor. Is this the right one?
3. In the IMM5257E form there is a field (no#3) called "Visa Requested" and the options are Visitor Visa and Transit. Which one is applicable?
4. Field Purpose of my Visit. Will that be "Returning Worker" or "Other" ? Rest of the options does not seem applicable for me.
5. Name, address and relationship with the person or institution I will visit. In this field should I mention the company I am working for ?
