Hey guys, have few questions regarding TR to PR under essential pathway stream
1) is it ok to go to home country right after applying for PR under essential worker pathway stream
I've to be going back for 3 months due to medical reasons.
2) one of the requirement says applicant must be employed under TR to PR
In my case, technically I'll be part of the company but will be on sick leave. Will that be a concern?
Is it ok if am in India and on sick leave while the PR file is under processing
3) I am planning to open my PR file before the departure date. In my case where should I get my medicals and PCC done
I've a slightly irrelevant question:
4) IRCC website says- Post Graduate work permit can't be extended, and on top of that am not eligible for work permit extension. In that case what should I do as my post graduate work permit is expiring on December 05, 2021
5) is it ok to stay in India while the PR application is processing under TR to PR essential worker pathway stream
Is there anything else I've to prepare and plan beforehand??
