I am filling an application to sponsor to my parents and have few questions regarding the forms I am hoping you can help me with:
Regarding Form 1334A (Application to Sponsor):
1. In question 1, is there any benefit of choosing the option to proceed versus withdraw?
2. I have an older sister (in her 30's), which I am not sponsorship. Is she still need to be mentioned in C4 as "non-accompanying family members" or there is no need to mention her at this form all? I wasn't sure since she's a family member of my parents, being their daughter (and my sister), and in the PR application you do need to mention all.
Regarding Form 1283A (Financial Evaluation)
3. I am attaching my CRA's Option C for the year 2009. So my question is regarding section 11, do I need to list the last 12 preceding months or can I alternatively just list calendar 2009 which matches the CRA's Option C I'm attaching?
Regarding the Checklist
4. Do I need to provide a letter from my employer even if I am attaching the CRA's Option C for the year 2009?
