I uploaded the pages that showed my degree in Canadian equivalency.

1) But I didnt upload the letter with my address & where is says WES is pleased to provide with the enclosed credential evakluation report (Reference No.XXXXX). WIll There be any issue ?

2) Also the ECA number is - the one that ends with IMM. (For example ECA number is 123456IMM)

3) Last thing how does CIC access ECA do I have to pay extra like this one https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

2) Yes, it is.

3) No. You don't need to pay extra for this. IRCC has assess to the database of WES. So, IRCC will verify the applicant's ECA details through this.
You don't need to order an extra copy of your ECA reports.
