I am sponsoring my common law partner but having difficulty choosing which route to take; inland or outland.
My common law partner was previously on a work permit but it now has expired. He left Canada to visit his home country (italy) and returned back to Canada as a visitor, which will be valid of 6 months (Feb, 2015).
What do you recommend we do?
