Questions regarding form for those that are on their second BOWP/have applied for a second BOWP:
1. What did you put as start date of your immigration status, day you entered Canada on original IEC, etc.. or date your first BOWP started?
2. Same question pretty much for where it asks about date of original entry to Canada.
3. It asks about visa/permit refusal or denied entry - my original application for PR was not successful so would I need to mark yes I was refused for this? I'm hesitant because the question reads quite negatively (denied entry, ordered to leave, etc..)
