If applying Outland while currently in Canada:
1. What is UCI?
2. What is my country of residence? I have been living with my common law partner in Canada for 6 months? Prior to that, we were in other countries.
3. If my country of residence is Canada, it says from - to. I know the date I entered. But, the "to" date doesn't give a present option. Do I write today's date or the date on which I complete my application?

I left mine blank... didn't write (N/A) in there or anything. and write the date you finish the app... that's what I did with my employment etc... that's what the CIC phone service told me to do.
