Hello,
My name is Shahzad Ali. I am applying for a permanent residence application under provincial nominee category. Application includes me (in Canada already) and my wife (not in Canada). I have few questions, if anyone having similar experience can answer will be highly appreciated.
1- There is a form named "Additional family information - IMM 5406", in section A of this form, they ask for Applicant, Spouse, Mother and Father info. In my case, it's very straight forward but if I am filling the same form for my wife, how the information will be going to filled since there is nothing in the form that can differentiate for whom that form has been filled.
2- In the form "Application for Permanent Residence", there is an option to tick "Will accompany you to Canada" for family members. Since I am applying from within Canada and she is not with me. Should I say YES or NO?
-Regards,
Shahzad Ali
